How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. An order generally takes 1 to 2 business days for processing and 3 to 5 business days for shipping. We are currently using USPS to ship our products, which does not allow for us to send out a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days of purchase, please contact us so we can resolve the inconvenience!
My order was damaged/incorrect or my product broke within a few days of getting it. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order! Please email email@example.com explaining the problem with your recent purchase that includes your name and order number. We guarantee a refund or free replacement on any product that breaks or is damaged within one month after your purchase!
Can I choose a specific charity to donate to?
Our model is based on spreading the love to as many people in need as we can. For this reason, we ask that you support a cause instead of a specific charity to ensure that there is equal advocacy for all programs under a charitable category.
